February 2024. By June, I was unable to charge the device, the return window had expired and the seller had disappeared from the Amazon site, so there was no way for me to contact them and complain. Needless to say, I will ge returning this item!

Call me crazy but I think I see a difference. I’m using mainly to make my skin tighter/lifted/help with my neck. It’s very easy to use, doesn’t hurt at all. More of a massage like the description says. I’ve been using consistently for a week and battery is still going strong. My face feels soooo smooth after using!
