These are great socks. Nice colors and a lot of room in the toe. Their only drawback is the threads inside catching on my little toe while putting them on. I haven’t had that issue with other compression socks.

The HYRIXDIRECT Compression Socks (20-30 mmHg) are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for extra support during sports or long hours of standing or sitting. These socks offer firm compression that really helps improve circulation, reduce fatigue, and prevent swelling. I’ve worn them during workouts and after long workdays, and I can definitely feel the difference—they help keep my legs feeling refreshed and less sore. The material is breathable, comfortable, and not too tight, so they’re easy to wear for extended periods. They also stay in place without rolling down. Overall, these compression socks are a solid option for anyone needing support and comfort throughout the day or during physical activity.

As a dedicated nurse, I spend nearly all of my 12-hour shifts on my feet, constantly moving and attending to patients. For a long time, I struggled with significant discomfort and aching feet by the end of each day. However, compression socks have been a game changer for me! Now, even after hours of standing and walking, my feet feel fantastic—no more pain!
I really appreciate the wide range of color options available; they add a fun touch to my wardrobe. What stands out the most, though, is how well they fit around my toes. Unlike some compression socks I’ve tried previously, which often felt awkward in that area, these have a perfect, snug fit that feels comfortable and secure.
One important reminder for anyone looking to purchase these socks: the sizes tend to run small. Initially, I ordered my typical size, and they were uncomfortably tight, leaving deep indentations on my skin. However, after sizing up, I found the perfect fit and experienced no issues whatsoever.
Overall, I would say these compression socks are a fantastic investment for anyone who spends long hours on their feet. They have significantly improved my comfort during shifts!

I’ve tried many different ‘brands’ and find them sometimes too short and/or too tight around the toes. These socks are long in the calf and very comfy on the toes. So I bought many. Just wish that I didn’t have to pay 100% again for shipping for a second/third set of 3. Makes shipping pretty costly.

Ordered a set several years ago for my husband as the style was nice and they were the compression amount medically prescribed for him. They would not fit over his calfs, so I wore them as boot socks, etc. and when I recently developed tendinitis it was recommended to wear compression socks when exercising. Since I liked the firm fit all the way to about an inch below my knee, I looked up the previous order and ordered again – same size, same compression rating. The socks that came are approximately 1″ longer in the foot and 3″ longer in length. They are not as tight and extend up over my knee. I do not know if the original socks are correct or the new ones but I do know I would not recommend these if a specific compression is prescribed.

These compression socks work!
As a nurse I am on my feet for over 10 to 12 hours a day, and most of that is standing and walking.
After doing this for over 34 years, the mileage has taken it’s toll.
I have pretty bad varicose veins in my left lower leg and foot. I tried medical compression socks and they actually hurt. The folds in the material felt like they were cutting in to my legs.
So, I tried these type of compression socks and I was amazed. Good compression and comfortable at the same time.
I haven’t had to have any surgical intervention yet. I believe that I would have had to have an invasive procedure if I hadn’t been wearing these socks for years. These socks cannot reverse the damage to my leg and foot, but they have kept the problem from worsening.
I wash and dry them with the rest of my delicate clothes and they last a long time.
I will keep wearing these. Again, they work.

This is the second time I brought these socks. I now have 6 pairs.
My first 3 pairs still fit tight after 2 years. I love how my legs feel at the end of the day!

I’d like to say first that I truly appreciate that the cuff is soft and stretchy, which makes the transition well, unlike a lot of expensive sox I’ve tried that have cuffs that roll and tighten into something so uncomfortable they cannot be worn. Plus they always caused a muffin-top at the knee and make the wearer look absolutely grotesque.
The differences in the weave are helpful for areas that swell more than others and I do not mind that the texture leaves temporary “impressions” on the skin after they’re taken off. I bought these for my husband who is new to compression stockings and he rejected the L/XL size so I tried them on, liked them, and kept them for myself. I have lymphatic edema. Bought him another set in XL/XXL. And here is the only disappointment I have in these sox. There doesn’t seem to be any difference in the width of the sox between these two sizes. It’s just that the foot is longer. He didn’t really need that.. I have to put the sox on him and they are difficult to pull on across his wide toes since I don’t have that much strength in my hands. So he wears both sizes now alternatively, as he likes that there are fewer wrinkles to smooth out on the L/XL size. All pairs became less tight after they were washed a couple times, so all are comfortable now, width-wise. So far they don’t seem to have a tendency to rip when they are stretched over the toe and as yet I haven’t poked a hole in the heels with my thumb trying to get them over his wide heel. I have to be careful because I have arthritis in my wrists and a bad shoulder. So far, considering that they ARE compression sox and thus ARE hard to get on, I am more satisfied with them than I have been with anything else I’ve tried over the last 10 years. The price is not ridiculous like I have seen for some brands that were a total waste of money, anyway, because of the tight band below the knee. If the people who make compression sox had to wear them there might be fewer torture sox out there.
