It works, the directions are hard to read to figure out what it’s doing but a search on the tube has plenty of people walking you through it.
Heat is good. Suction is strong, and it comes with some extra filters and 2 different cups

As a physical therapist, I’m familiar with cupping and utilize it fairly often with my own personal plastic cupping set that I apply manually with a pump. This electronic cupping set blows my old set out of the water! Super easy to put on, but it helps to apply the Revo massage oil to help create a better seal. The cups also have a timer on them, counting down from 20 minutes so you know how long the treatment has been going on for. In terms of performance, the suction is stronger and you’re able to also increase the intensity based on what the patient can tolerate. There’s also a heat compenent that is also able to be increased. There’s two modes, one where it is just a static hold where you just leave the cups on, and the gliding mode where there are different attachments with bumps where you can glide the cup over the skin to address more surface area, fascial chains, etc. What I really appreciate is the immediate release button that I can push to make the cups come off right away if I need to reposition or if it’s too tight. All that said, I love these cups and they just look cooler and more modern!
