Love these cups! They’re very easy to use and clean and my patients love them! I’m a chiropractor and use cupping for myofascial release and other soft tissue treatments. All of my patients feel so much better after I use these cups – they have great suction and provide positive results. The silicone is thick enough that they’re not flimsy but can be pressed down easily. They’re so great I bought a second set!

I did a cupping workshop using these as the massage portion after I used hard cups. They did a great job. They held up to a bunch of use, and they were easy to grasp. They did not require a bunch of extra hand strength. They were easy to clean as well. I needed to use one of them for suction in a place that the plastic cups just weren’t doing the trick. They did a fantastic job with suction as well.

These types of suction cups are used throughout rehabilitation clinics. You can control the suction power easily. It comes with a little instruction manual that goes through contraindications of use and expected outcomes. I like that it comes in a little bag for storage. I especially like that you get two of each size. You can use them throughout the body, the big ones are especially good for the lumbar/gluteal region.

I am reviewing ELERA Silicone Cupping Therapy Sets. First off, I’m not qualified to evaluate the healh benefit of cupping, so please do your own research and make the best choice that is right for you. As for the cups themselves, the set comes with 2 sets of 2 varying sizes. Application was pretty easy, I just squeezed the cup and attached to the lower back. It was pretty simple. However, in order to create a good seal the skin must be clean, and it helps to have a layer of moisturizer or massage oil. If there’s any powder of sorts on the skin these will not work. Since they are pliable, they don’t create those classic perfect circles that glass cups create. The cups are sturdy and thick so they will last a good time.

I’ve been experiencing back and leg muscle tension and have been seeing a physiotherapist. She introduced me to cupping and suggested I could purchase my own cups to do the treatment at home as well. I found these here on amazon and so far they work great and are super easy to use. I apply coconut oil just before using the cups. They have good suction and provide a nice at home treatment saving me $80 a visit to the physio. The cups come with a super handy booklet as well which details spots on the body you can place the cups on as well as info on the ailments cupping can relieve. Overall, highly recommend!

I absolutely love these suctions cups. I played competitive tennis and badminton, and have always had tough muscles. For over 8 years I would go to acupuncture and get cupping done at the same time.
