Cups provide strong suction that feels just like glass cups. Awesome product! I love the various sizes too, they work for different areas.

This did not work as well as I hoped.

The suction works well, you definitely need to use an oil to allow the cups to glide if you are using for facial cupping or Lymph drainage. Only issue is there are 2 of the same size cups in mine.

These are affordable silicone cups that come in different sizes for different parts of the body. They are strong silicone and not flimsy. They are easy to use on yourself in areas that you can reach. They do leave a bruised circular mark as most cupping does, but the suction is not too strong to cause soreness

Amazing. Great quality product

These are awesome! You can use them on yourself or with someone else. The different sizes are very convenient for different areas of your body. Using your favorite oil or moisturizer will help keep the suction best

I searched for face cups for awhile before deciding on these for both price and quality. I wasn’t disappointed. They come with two sets of each cup (except for the largest – you get one) I admit I have been using only the two smallest sizes for my face and neck, no real need to use the larger two. They are sturdy (don’t be worried that they are a little stiff, you need that in a cup!) Very good quality. I am happy with the entire set. Buy with confidence!

These are not the best I have ever used. I bought them for my face but they are not very high quality so I find are not the best or the face. To be honest I used them a few times and they are sitting in my drawer and I have gone back to my original ones.

Plastic is very thick to use properly

I used these to release scar tissue after I had trigger finger release surgery. Works great! My DIL used the larger ones on her wrist since she suffers from overuse issues.

The cups are a little stiff to squeeze, but they are a great value for your buck. I went to a massage and she glided a cup along my skin, it felt great. I came home and purchased these to glide along my skin and they do the job. My husband found headache relief when I worked on him and he has helped me too. We use a little coconut oil with a pump and it works well to use these cups.

I’m usually the person that reads reviews rather than writing them. I just wanted to comment because I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very easy to use and for the price point the quality was very good (I was shocked-I kinda expected it to be poor quality). Turn around shipping time was actually faster than Amazon projected. I’m still getting the hang of it but that’s to be expected. Warning, it is not for the faint of heart. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and underestimated it the first time I used it. I’ve found what works best for me is establishing a routine. I alternate exfoliating or dry brushing (really depending on my mood several times a week). On days I’m planning on using the suction cups I’ll spend a little extra time on the areas I’m planing on cupping. After a warm shower, I use coconut oil on said areas and massage in circular motions (as best as I can) for about 10 minutes. You do have to squeeze the cups a little bit to get the suction and it’s trial and error how much pressure to apply because it does make a difference in the level of suction it gives you. That being said, DO NOT go ham and squeeze the cup as much as you to suction as much skin as you can. It will hurt, and you will feel sore the next day! As for the facial cups, I’ve only used them on my face as I find it’s harder to use the other medium sizes down my neck. It’s not as user friendly, again I’m sure a lot of it has to do with my learning curve. Anyways, good luck to you guys who are considering this & happy cupping!
