This handheld vacuum sealed is a UCH IMPROVED design over the previous styles; and it functions a lot better too😏 This sealer pulls the air, SO FAST! I’d highly recommend this😁👍🏾

I had gotten this primarily for vacuum storage of 3D printer filaments. This kit comes with a Mason jar sealers. My wife immediately put me to work swapping out the “white lids” of the jars of her dehydrated fruits. My damn butt was originally thinking that you’re supposed to use the rings with the lids, but the rings won’t fit in the sealer. Then I remembered a relative who did true canning in Mason jars; She didn’t even use the rings to store the sealed jars. The rings are really only needed after you open the jar and need to close it up. After only putting on the lid, the system worked beautifully. It will draw enough vacuum to make you wonder if you’re going to pull a nail off your finger opening the jar.
It works well with vacuum bags with the press seals. You have to make sure the seal is on a flat surface and get the vacuum going before touching down firmly over the valve. Then you should feel a small pop as the seal is broken and should see the bag starting to get drawn down. Once you pull the vacuum off thee bag it will/should seal good enough for you to then press it tight.
It works quite well.

I have a vacuum sealer for food that I have been using for years. I also have the vacuum storage bags for storing clothing. This kit really is the perfect combination of both. These bags have a thickness similar to food vacuum sealer bags with the sealing process similar to vacuum storage bags. What that means is that these bags have a “predetermined size” and the bags can be used over and over. I like this because I feel like there is a lot of waste when I am using food vacuum sealer bags. I typically cut the bags too small so the vacuuming process is a struggle or I cut them too large and I wish I had cut them smaller. That is no longer an issue with these.
I haven’t mentioned the provided vacuum. It’s rechargeable and has a strong suction. At first I didn’t think it worked; it’s just slow to work so give it a few seconds and then you’ll see the bag start to deflate. I am really glad that I ordered this kit. The kit includes a lot of reusable bags, as well as lids for vacuum sealing mason jars and a wine cork.

For the price around $35 this kit is a steal! All the individual accessories are good quality and the sealer itself gives a really good seal and has a chamber in case fluid leaks out to keep it from damaging the sealer itself! I highly recommend this for the value and all the features and accessories that come with it at this price point!
