I was looking for good, flavorful, quality olive oil since my husband takes a spoonful every day along with his apple cider vinegar. This olive oil is very flavorful and perfect for dipping a piece of crusty bread into. I used it the other day when I made smashed potatoes. I boiled the potatoes until just tender, place some olive oil on a cookie sheet, gently smashed the potatoes. Then sprinkled with olive oil, salt and rosemary. When my husband tasted them he said he liked how the bottom got crispy and so flavorful from the olive oil.

Great tasting oil. I also like that it is in a tin as it keeps its flavor better than bottled.. Outstanding flavor and I will buy it again.

Learned about this from a NYT Wirecutter taste test of different olive oils. It has now become our go-to daily oil because it balances price and value so nicely. The flavor is not particularly grassy but is pleasantly even, good for a wide range of cooking purposes. It’s also good enough to serve with fresh baguettes. We are increasingly impressed with it.

This is an excellent olive oil, and both my wife and I really like it for both cooking and salads. I wish they had a better spout for pouring, even though it is just a matter of cleaning up the extra dripping after using the can. Considering the amount and quality of the oil, this truly is a fantastic bargain!
