These oils are amazing! I started out by getting them for family for Christmas to add to a gift box, and they are now my go-to thank you gift for friends and family, as well as for my own cooking for their reasonable price. They are AWESOME for bread dipping, but also to elevate any dish you cook or finish with olive oil, or for making salad dressing of course. We love sauteeing veggies in the garlic oil, making our own pasta sauce with the basil and tuscan herbs oils, and finishing mac and cheese with a splash of the truffle oil.
It is clearly high-quality and I’m no super-foodie but it doesn’t seem to be cut with other oil types. I got the idea of buying specialty oils in Park City at a specialty oil shop where individual bottles were as high as $40 (!!) and they weren’t ANYWHERE near this good. So glad I got turned on to these!
As far as packaging is concerned…ours arrived in a cardboard box well-protected with tight-fitting foam inserts. They were tight and prettily packaged. So…I give the packaging 5* as well.
Again- great gift for a home chef or anyone who enjoys a good quality dipping oil.

The timing on delivery was great, and the packaging was thoughtful – as these are glass containers, it was clear that they took the time to ensure they were packed well. I highly recommend!

I’m a BIG fan of Olive Oil and use it daily! I enjoy roasting vegetables nearly every night. I just started getting into flavored olive oils and I think I’m in love! I’ve used this Rosemary EVOO on roasted asparagus, broccolli and green beans. I even used it to make Rosemary roasted chicken, which was DELICIOUS!
Lately, we’ve been making Naan bread pizzas at home. I’m now using this Rosemary olive oil on the bread, spreading it all around and flipping it over so the olive oil coats the bread. It’s SO delicious, giving the Naan bread more flavor and creating a light golden brown color on the bottom when it cooks on my metal tray. We’ve tried several types of Naan bread pizza variations. I make the kids regular mozzarella, turkey pepperoni and turkey sausage pizzas after school a couple times a week. My husband and I now prefer this Rosemary olive oil on the bottom and top of the bread, very lightly drizzled (then pat the bread pieces together to distribute a thin layer evenly). I enjoy topping it with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella or feta, sliced kalamata olives, fresh basil and thinly sliced Roma tomato pieces or Diced grape tomatoes. This Rosemary EVOO gives the crust such an incredible flavor!
Last night, I sauteed up cooked chicken breast and sausage crumbles with this Rosemary Olive Oil, and made a new pasta dish! DELICIOUS!
You can add any type of vegetables to the saute with this olive oil (peppers, broccoli, zucchini, fresh green beans, etc.)
1) Sauteed chicken (optional – sausage or beef crumbles) in Rosemary Olive Oil
2) Quart of chicken broth
3) Seasonings: onion powder & dehydrated onions (can use fresh diced), basil, white pepper, garlic
4) Box of pronto pasta which is a new type of pasta that cooks in a pan with the water (I substitute broth and use an entire quart, not just 3 cups), no need to strain the pasta. It’s designed for one pot meal prep.
5) Jar of any sauce you like after the liquid reduces and the noodles soak it up and are done. I used Vodka sauce in the jar from Classico.
My family LOVED it! Since I had cooked sausage crumbles and chicken breast already cooked, this whole dish only took me 15 minutes to prep.
This olive oil has a great flavor and I’ve been using it a lot for a number of dishes. It’s a smaller jar, so keep that in mind. I predict that it will last us about three weeks. I’ve already used up half the bottle!
I was very happy to receive this Rosemary Olive Oil at a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I’ll post a few pics!

I had never tasted truffles before, to my knowledge. I got this as a first step to get used to the flavor and learn to use it. The smell from it when I opened the bottle was very strong. Surprising for such a small amount of truffle at the bottom in this infusion. Tried it on some noodles. Small amount, about 1/2 a teaspoon and boy, was I surprised. This truffle infusion is VERY strong. Smell and taste both. It might be because I am not familiar with the taste yet. I did like the taste on the back end but the front end taste was WAY to strong for me and my son both. We used the 1/2 teaspoon on about one cup of noodles. Way too much. Will give it a couple of weeks to get over the initial taste disaster and then try it again. I did like the aftertaste of this so the initial amount was just too much for this strong infusion. As I said, the truffle infusion is very strong. If you like truffles, you will love this product. I dropped a star because it was simply too strong and was no warning. I had read the reviews posted and dont remember any of them mentioning the strength other than that some found it too weak of an infusion. Not for my family. but because we are not used to the flavor of truffles I have taken that into account. Am looking forward to using it again but in an amount, for me and my family, that we can tolerate. I am happy with the product. And you will be also. Dont know if the company has strengthened the infusion from prior production runs, but it is surely strong and I believe that even if you are used to truffle, you will enjoy this product and the strength of it. And its a good price as well.
Changed my review to reflect 5 stars. Should have done it from the start. This is an excellent product and is deserving. Try it you will like it.

I got it to make Truffle Mayo for a Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger copycat recipe, and it was perfect. Recommended.

These are great for salad dressings,or to mix with vinegar for a delicious and sugar free salad dressing. Unfortunately, one of them leaked on the way, and two of them had a messed up lid that wouldn’t let go of the pouring spout. Those two would dribble down the side since the pouring spout was stuck in the lid. Great oil, crappy lids on the bottles.
