The quality of the nut bolt heads and the case itself is really good, however, we there is not enough space for screws with longer threading to go through the nut. If you have more than quarter inch of screw sticking out of the nut, then this will be rendered useless and you’ll have to use a wrench

Like others have reported, the bits are nearly impossible to remove from the holder without using pliers. I thought the holes were perhaps undersized, but they are 1/4″, which leads me to believe the plastic material simply does not provide enough flex. I used a 5/32″ drill bit to make the holes a little larger and now the bits fit well, while maintaining pretty good retention. I would be careful not to run the drill too many times through the holes, as I did this in one of them, reaming too much material out and causing the bit to fall out when shaken. But one pass through the holes with a 5/32″ drill bit otherwise worked great for me. Very quick and easy fix.
I also cut off the protruding section with the bit size labeling. The labeling was likely to wear off anyway, and this extra plastic just takes up too much space, making the bit holder much bigger than needed. Now the whole package is slim. The bits themselves appear to be well marked, so I do not need the labels. And one could always use a permanent marker or label maker to mark the bit sizes on the cut down version.
I have no idea how well the bits will hold up, but these will not be in regular use for me. They do not look like they will rust, but given that some people have had rust problems, I lightly coated mine in CLP oil for storage.

I use these professionally mainly the 5.5mm 7mm 10mm 12mm and 5/16″ and these bits have held up to my abuse even with my impact drill. I have been using these for the better part of two years?
to those who say the bit holder plastic is too tight. it needs to be tight otherwise i would be loosing these bits from vehicle to vehicle. Trust me, its super important that these do NOT fall out when i am carrying them around the work area.
I like these so much when I thought I lost mine I ordered three as replacements, just in case i misplace one again. These are legit for the price you cannot ask for better.
PS my tools gets rained on all the time. I keep WD40 with me and spray and wipe them down every so often when they get rained on, it keeps the rust away. Going strong for two years like i said, just dont loose them.
