- How to use the cupping kit: We are equipped with an instruction manual. Before using the cupping, apply massage oil to the cupping area, then choose a suitable cup, lift the valve stem upward to ensure smooth airflow, then connect the massage magnet, connect the pump to the top of the cup, pull the valve stem 2-3 times, and lift the valve upward after about 5-10 minutes to release the pressure.

This set has everything you need to start cupping therapy. If you’re not a professional, make sure you watch some tutorials and go easy on the suction. The case is sturdy and attractive. And everything appears to be of good quality and is easy to clean.

The vacuum stopped working due to the rubber casket tore and would not create the vacuum. It is cheaply built, plastic and thin rubber that does not last more than one session. Buyer beware with this product.

I’ve been cupping for a long time, love the benefits…but upon receiving and opening this set, I could tell right away it’s not the best quality. They are very light and thin. Because I like my cupping suction intense with more than a few pumps, these cups would crack and break. But it should suffice for people who only need 1 to 2 pumps or for beginners starting out.

I don’t have any ideas on the possible medical benefits of cupping, but there are many online sources for that information. I had absolutely no experience with cupping prior to obtaining this set. I had seen videos and images of what I consider to be traditional cupping where fire is used to warm the cups creating a suction instead of using a pump as contained in this set.
There was a baggie with a dozen white items in it. I could not see how they are used, and they are not mentioned in the manual (first image). The black item is the pump and is listed as the pikestaff in the manual. The baggie also had a hose, which can attach the cup to the pikestaff. However, the pikestaff can also directly connect to the cups.
One can apply quite strong suction using the pikestaff (pump) — it definitely lifts the skin and flesh into the cup. I expect the suction is more controllable using the pikestaff than using the traditional fire method to create suction, but I have no experience with traditional cupping. Each cup has a yellow valve stem. To release the pressure, simply lift up on the yellow stem. From one video I watched with a doctor using flame cupping, it seems one could get much stronger pressure using the pikestaff, and I’d recommend starting cautiously with low pressure.
The cups have markings which must relate to their size ranging from 05 to 01 with 05 being the smallest and 01 the largest. There were five each in sizes 04, 03, 02, and 01. There were two 05 cups and two additional 03 cups with curved rims. All the other cups have flat rims. The approximate interior diameter of the cups are as follows: 05 – 2.5 cm; 04 – 3.5 cm; 03 – 4.5 cm; 02 – 5 cm; and 01 -5.7 cm.

I enjoy this product! I think the case could be better to hold all the cups without spilling when closing. The cups themselves are great and do the job!
