Love this stuff. It’s become a staple for me. I never could get into a morning coffee but I’ve been doing some form of morning caffeine almost my whole life. This is a great cost effective option that mixes well with my creatine. Orange is the best flavor. Then blue. Then yellow. But yellow is still pretty decent. Seems to be pretty consistent in efficacy. The pre measured tubes are really convenient. No issues

Overall thoughts:
Useful – If you don’t like coffee but like energy drinks and don’t want to spend upwards of $4 per can, this is a good solution to have your own at home especially if you prefer sugar-free energy drinks.
Taste – The flavors are fine, nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. I like to use the Berry one in a mixed berry smoothie occasionally to give it a kick. Orange is my favorite and the light carbonation is nice.
Price/value – I think this is great value for the price as you get ~40 energy drinks for less than $10. Not a deal you can get anywhere else really.
Caffeine content:
Each little packet contains 170mg of caffeine which is a little more than a regular Monster (160mg) and less than other sugar-free drinks like C4 (200mg), Bang (300mg), and Reign (300mg). The maximum daily recommended value for caffeine intake is 400mg so if you need more of a kick, 2 of these can work and still be below the limit (but consult your doctor, know your limits, stay hydrated, etc.!).
A few cons:
– The flavors are not distributed evenly and the ratios written on the box are meaningless. I routinely get way more of the Citrus while others get more Berry. It varies from box to box and is not consistent.
– Even when I use more than enough water, I find that the Berry doesn’t dissolve well and there are usually groups of particles floating around inside.
– Super minor, but the box has never made it to me undamaged, always crushed.
Overall, this is a really reliable way to get some caffeine without all the extra sugar and stuff if you like energy drinks. I personally prefer the box with Strawberry, Grape, and Lemonade, but it’s a little more expensive so this version is still great.

I’ve been trying to lose weight and started using water flavoring packets as a substitute for soft drinks. Most days, I don’t like drinking plain water. I need it jazzed up! I’m diabetic and needed something sugar free. I purchased the 4C Energy Rush Stix, as an alternative to Herbalife energy flavoring packets, which can be a little pricey, if you use them a lot. These work great, for my drinks! They give me high energy and don’t leave a bad taste. They’re also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them! I love that you can buy them in a 40 count box, because sometimes, I use them a couple of times a day. The only complaint that I have is, in addition to the variety pack, I wish you could purchase the berry, orange and citrus, in their own individual 40 count box. Please consider doing this!!!

The price is probably by far the most attractive aspect of this product. Personally the taste is not great, it’s not unbearable or even bad, but it’s worse than other energy drink packets you can get. The price per drink is definitely very low, with a decent caffeine content. The taurine is a nice addition, and I know some might enjoy the carbonation since it masks the taste slightly. Personally, the taste is bearable but definitely not enjoyable. Most of these issues people have with this product are mostly subjective, it gets the job done for a low price, that’s all I can write home about it.
