    This is by far my favorite drink mix – even one of my favorite drinks. It tastes great, mixes well with the other flavors (citrus & orange), provides really good energy, and isn’t bad for you! This stuff was sent to my unit while we were deployed to Iraq, and everyone loved it so much that the First Sergeant wrote to the company so see how we could obtain a larger quantity. What I loved about the mix was it didn’t dehydrate me excessively like many other mixes. When it’s 135 degrees out, you’re on patrol and wearing 30 lbs of body armor plus gear and weapon, you tend to find out what works and what doesn’t pretty quickly. Gatorade and Powerade become dangerous if not consumed with equal or greater amounts of water at those temperatures. I found it best to stick to water, and averaged an intake of 6 liters per day if the pace was slow. This drink mix, substituted for a small amount of water alone, helped replace electrolytes and give me a bit of a boost to help me continue the mission, without causing a crash like sugar would.

    Love this product. My regular store stopped carrying this,replacing with a variety pack. A little more expensive here but am happy to get the Berry flavor.
