This is a really good quality drill bit set at a remarkable price. I started looking for a small case to keep drill bits organized, and I soon found out it was about as cheap to buy a set of drills with a case, as to buy a case for existing drill bits. So I ordered this: case, bits and all, and I am so pleased that I did. The bits are very professionally sharpened with relief ground into the bits to make them easier to push through the target metal (or wood), they are very sharp, and they should last a long time. The case is nice, and finally: the bits range up to 1/2 inch, which is so much handier than my old case that only went up to 1/4 inch. All this, with a recognized name like Dewalt on the case!

DeWalt bits are always solid. Not always the absolutely best available but it’s hard to beat their value, especially when on sale. This kit provides a nice range of sizes and came very sharp. The interlocking cases are also appreciated as it makes organizing with my other DeWalt bits easy.

After spending years as a DIY guy, and sub contractor, I can honestly say, these dewalt drill bits are amazing. I’ve used many different ones over the years, kobalt, hyper tough, Klein, cheap knock off Chinese bits, and I can say with confidence, these are great. Little on the expensive side, but, they last, they stay sharp, and I don’t have to worry about them snapping. Definitely great for wood, thin aluminum, trim, plastic, etc. can be used for a variety of different tasks. And in my humble opinion, they are the best ones that I’ve used.
