Like this product a lot. Only 4 stars because It did not come with great instructions on varying “difficulty” settings. I found out the hard way that I AM NOT advanced. Once I started at soft potato level, I got the hang of it. It was easy to put together. It’s light weight and folds up fairly flush if you need to put it away. Wish it had a lighted display but not a deal breaker. Very nice for the price. Watch for me on the swimsuit calendar.

This is the second workout equipment I have purchased from Amazon. Let me tell you, this machine works the whole core area. I especially like that it tackles the lower abs which is the problem area for me. I love this machine! It was packaged very well, easy to put together, it’s lightweight so you can move it wherever. It’s sturdy and does not rock or move when in use. I like that it counts the number of reps as I can challenge myself each week. So pleased and looking forward to flatter abs this summer.

I have to say I was very skeptical of this machine at first I actually started to return before I even received. It was planning on returning it but then after I received it, I was like well let me get it ago. It was very easy to put together and I am telling you it works out muscles in my stomach that I haven’t been able to work out in years. I have a certain target area that I had trouble doing and this machine did it I wasn’t sore the day I did it, but I was definitely sore the next day when I woke up and I was sore in my target area. My lower abdomen is killing me and that was my target area so I’ve decided I’m going to keep the machine it actually folds up and it’s very lightweight so you can carry it wherever , so I’m glad I did decide to try it. It’s definitely worth it.

So, I bought this after seeing them advertised on tiktok. I was trying to lose weight but I really just want to slim down my stomach that looks 8 months pregnant. I’m not really too worried about rest of my body. Anywho, for starters this was very easy to put together. There is a setting for beginners all the way up to expert to fit your needs. I think I’m about 215 lbs and not in the best shape. I started out easy trying not to over do it because I didn’t want to hurt or strain anything. I felt the burn in every muscle in my abdominal that I forgot I had, groin/inner thigh area and upper arms and woke up sore the next day. It felt like this machine will be perfect for all the areas I need to tone up. It’s sturdy, I didn’t have any problems with wobbling as it was in the lowest position. It was pretty comfortable, the padding did it’s job and best of all it didn’t cause any pain in my back when I used it. It folds up and takes up as much space as an ironing bored to store out of the way. So far I love this machine but will try to update in a week or so to see how my results are coming along.

Even though I have a gym membership I only manage to get there twice a week so I’ve been looking to build up my fitness equipment at home. This was a great addition to the bike, mini stepper, weight bench, etc. that I have. I know as a woman my abdominal and core muscles are extremely weak, and strengthening them has many benefits aside from appearance. My husband requested this machine as well and uses it. It’s not gym quality but it’s fine for us and it has already gotten so much use in a week. Was easy to assemble, highly adjustable to your own personal fitness level, the lowest level is perfect for me right now. It folds up if you need to hide it from company. Great little machine.

I am 260 pounds, 5’9, not active but trying to do better. This product was light and easy to haul downstairs to my new in-house gym, and it only took 30 minutes to put together.
With the adjustable sections on this product, it is super easy to use and felt comfortable doing so. the lower it is to the ground the easier the workout is. I have never done any sort of ab exercise, but within the hour of setting it up i was able to do 2 sets of 20 and feel it in my lower abdomen.
I will say I did get this product on Prime Day for 52% off (around 57$) so i really do think this product is great for the price i got it at. however it does feel like it has a lower lifespan. the metal is super light and wiggles around in awkward places sometimes, and the counter mechanism it came with also feels on the cheaper side. I’m sure if you use this product well and take care of it, it will last awhile.
All things considered I am super happy with this purchase and do recommend!

I figured I’d take a chance on this. Assembly was very quick and easy for one person. While I assumed the product would be a bit larger, I realized upon first use that it’s the perfect size. I had questioned how flimsy it would be, but it is well built and holds up well even on carpet… just don’t try shifting from side to side, although that is not what this was built for. It is functional for its intended purpose and I felt the burn in my abs pretty quickly when I first started using it. While it is not top of the line, it gets the job done, holds up really well, and I can select the intensity of my ab workout pretty easily, although I’m still on the lowest setting. If folds up easily for storage under furniture like beds, higher standing sofas, etc. This was a worthwhile purchase for me.
