Im originally from Spain and for me the only oil is olive oil. And from Spain. I’m born with it in my bloodstream. Well I tested a lot, and I mean it, of olive oils available on the US market, mainly from Spain. I can say that this Garcia de la Cruz is one of the best I have tasted here so far. No wonder it’s been awarded over the years. I warmly recommend that at least you give it a try. They have it at Whole Foods in small bottle. One last thing, it takes time to learn and appreciate Olive oil but it worth the time. And it’s good for everything. We don’t have any other kind of oil at home!

This olive oil is delicious. I try to buy this type out of all the other types because it tastes fresh and authentic. We eat it on our vegetables like other people might use cream sauces or soy sauce. Everything tastes better with this magical oil.

I was raised in Spain with delicious olive oils…This is it! I am happy to be able to get it on Amazon. It’s delicious, full body, and exactly what Olive oil should be like. It ships in a metal canister just like my grandma had it at home. It’s excellent for salads dressings, to drizzle over foods, for bread dipping or cooking. This is as precious to me as liquid gold. I highly recommend it.

I used this oil to make a Mediterranean Lemon and Olive Oul cake that called specifically for Spanish olive oil. The cake was dense (it is supposed to be dense) and delicious. I feel like the fresh lemons and Spanish olive oil contribute to the great outcome!

I will not use GMO poison, the price due to inflation has been going up, but this is the healthy way. What you put into your body is what you are. Do not put modified DNA mRNA into your body unless you do not like being human. Good oil, use it in my food recipes. I recommend this product.
