It’s cushion is pretty comfortable for my worn out old knees in the kneeling position, and it’s raised 3 or 4 inches which allows your toes to dig in a bit and help rock you upright into a standing position. Good for outside gardening or kneeling by the tub while your giving your dog a bath. The bench flip side is a good height for sitting and standing back up. Having the two side pouches is handy.

This gets 5 stars on every account. Super easy to use, and no assembly required. The seat is the right height. It is very stable. Well-made. It is easy to pull the legs down or put them up to store. Lightweight. I love the slip-on tool holder: makes tools so handy, stays on when I move it. It will be easy to use the kneeling bench, although I have yet to do that. I am so pleased with this. And this is one of the less costly ones.

One of the panels is starting to seperate after being left out over winter but it’s still attached and usable. I use it for a stool to sit on or it’s great to use flat and have the legs used as arms so it’s easy to grip it and stand up with.
Use it to set stuff on, sit or kneel on or use it for balance and assist getting up and down. Indoors or outdoors both.
