Les Terroirs De Marrakech Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It has a light, slightly fruity flavor, olive the fruit. I don’t like like olives and don’t eat them, even if stuffed, but this olive oil is very good. It’s great to cook with. Also good dipping bread in the oil with or without seasoning.

The color has a hint of green from the olives.

I brought this to a get together for dipping bread into and everyone loved it.

Definitely worth the money and I did purchased another bottle for myself and one as gift.

So there are lots of things that a polyphenol rich olive oil suggests it can do. I don’t have proof of any of these things yet and I am willing to use it for several months to see if it will prove itself. There is a strong olive taste that I haven’t had before as I haven’t had such a high quality oil. Time will tell. It goes down easily and there is a sensation as swallowing the oil that is difficult to label (tingle?).

The Les Terroirs De Marrakech Extra Virgin Olive Oil is excellent! It has a rich, smooth flavor with a hint of fruitiness, making it perfect for drizzling on salads or adding to dishes. The polyphenol-rich formula adds extra health benefits, and the cold-pressed process ensures high quality. A great addition to any kitchen!

I bought this oil for the health benefits and as an appetite suppresent. The first time I used it I was put off by the taste. It has a strong taste and didn’t taste like olives and was very thick. I kept using it and in two days I lost five pounds just from not eating as much. Even though I ate less, I didn’t feel hungry and didn’t think about snacking like I usually do. I take one or two TBS in the morning and one at night.

I heard about Moroccan Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Polyphenol Rich, Cold Pressed oil and wanted to give it a try. Ordinarily I use both Sicilian and Kalamata Greek oil and I still do. I listened to a noted heart physician/surgeon who gave a small documentary on oils with high polyphenol content, and Moroccan Extra Virgin oils specifically were found to meet the grade. If I have this correctly stated, the arid conditions of the trees in Morocco places stress on the olive trees that causes the oil to have this higher polyphenol content and that benefits the body, so the story goes. Ah, but how does it taste? In a word, outstanding. The oil was a bit thicker; some people might call it viscous, meant as a compliment. The taste was pleasing with a nice peppery finish. Initially I tried the 8.5 oz bottle just to make certain that I would like it and went through that bottle in a snap. I have since ordered several 17-oz bottles (the bottles are quite beautiful to hold, BTW). Personally, I give the oil high marks whether on salads, or using the orange, red, or yellow peppers dipped in humas. The oil may have the benefits that the physician spoke of, but I found that I use it because I like the taste and finish. It is a high-quality product.

I bought this to take more than cook with. The cooking with it will be coming though. It’s a lovely oil, peppery taste, and the benefits of using it (a spoonful at night) are many. I’ll be ordering this again. A shame about the bottle when it’s empty, it’s gorgeous! I’ve had it over two months and it’s still fresh, and I leave it on the counter just because of the bottle shape. I’ll be buying this brand again. Very thick, dark glass and a nice stopper top. I think because of its origins the price is fair, it’s a six hundred some acreage in the hills of Marrakech. It’s easy to pour from, a perfect size, it’s lasting a long time, and it has that peppery toast you want in an olive oil.

If you’re a fan of olive oils, you know that quality is king. This Moroccan organic first cold pressed extra virgin oil is awesome. High in polyphenols, which is great for your body, this oil offers up a very smooth olive flavor and true to the region…is very peppery which I like alot. If you’re not into spicy foods or finishes, this may not be for you. I am pleased to have found this brand on Amazon for a price that doesn’t break the bank. Being a foody, I recommend this oil for both cooking and dipping. Get ready for that peppery finish when dipping or in salads. When used for cooking it mellows right out. Awesome!

I use olive oil for most of my cooking, but this particular bottle of sunshine is for me to take a tablespoon at a time for the polyphenol benefits. I have ordered this product numerous times and have never been disappointed! It’s always wrapped up nice for shipping, has all the information on the bottle of where and when it was packaged. It has a wonderful flavor and the “burn” in the back of your throat that tells you it is high quality. Excellent product for a reasonable price. Thank you!
