My teenage son uses the cups daily. Easy to follow directions and works to assist in relief of body healing.

These work but we decided to go with the stickanle magnets instead so we could leave them on longer! You can feel the bad energy/pain being pulled out as soon as you apply! Now I just use regular nyomodium magnets with transparent tape & they seem to work tons better!!

I’ve always wanted to have a cupping set but was never in the right mind and would talk myself out of getting them. i finally got them and they’re pretty cool, cooler than i thought they would be. you do need to look over the manual to better understand, but i had seen videos and them in action before that i started using them without it. it was a mistake on my part because the cups can be a bit tricks as to how to fix them to get the suction on them.
when we were ready to go, we would do either oil or plenty of lotion on the body part we would use them on and we would start. i would usually do them on my sister who suffers from constant back pain and we would start in one spot and i would slowly drag the cup around to help the blood flow and the muscle. after the first use, she said it helped so we made it into at least a weekly or biweekly thing. they really do work and are a steal for the whole set. the material doesn’t feel cheap or poorly made, as long as you’re careful and take care of them, they should last a good bit. the case they come in is even better to keep track of everything.

I like these cupps and I use them for my clients. Unfortunately, a few cupps don’t work anymore. It is possible to order 3 large size of cupps.
Thank you,

I’ll be honest I am not sure what the real purpose of adding the magnets to this set was. But as regular cupping set, it works great. A few times the cups fell off more awkward areas like my knee cap when I moved my leg. I guess maybe I needed stronger suction there? But I did not want to over do it! Overall it’s a good set if you want to try cupping at home on your own before paying to have someone else do it. I personally wasn’t sure if I could handle it (I can!) so I’m really glad I tried this out first. Will mostly be using it on my legs and thighs, and so far with some experimenting, it did seem to provide some relief there.

The instructions provide a TON of useful information. I highly suggest reading the entire booklet that comes with this set. Once you get things figured out, setup is simple and you’ll be cupping in no time! My wife has always had chronic neck pain from an injury when she was a teenager. Massage and heat tends to help but it never really solves the problem. So far, adding cupping into that regimen has shown great results. This set has tons of cups in various sizes and plenty of extra parts in case you need to replace one of the magnets. I highly recommend this set to anyone that wants to give cupping a try.

I ordered this out of curiosity and don’t believe there’s a medical benefit to cupping at all. I think the process just concentrates the blood circulation in a few spots as if you’re massaging that area and offers no long term benefit. However, I remembered my grandma applying this as a folk remedy, so I wanted to learn more.
This set is quite different from what I remember from my childhood half a century ago. Instead of burning cotton balls to cause a vacuum, the set comes with two hand pumps. There are magnets involved, which again don’t make a lot of sense. My guess is there’s a lot of placebo effect involved with this therapy.
In any case, the set is indeed a modern iteration of this old therapy. It comes with enough cups and accessories to go through a cupping session. Ideally, you’ll be lying down on a massage table, and someone else will take care of the application, but if in a cinch, the set also includes an extension tube so that you can treat yourself in arms, neck, etc. Everything fits into the custom case you receive with the set.
My advice is to be gentle if you’re planning to try cupping and use common sense. If you abuse it and try too hard, you might end up with a blood clot and have to see a real medical professional.
