My cooking style includes alot of olive oil and I love garlic. This garlic infused olive oil is the BEST that I have tried. I have it on auto purchase and also use the same brand’s spray garlic olive oil. It has sufficient garlic flavor that you know it is there. I often use a sprinkle of this garlic oil and a squeeze of lemon juice on salad and raw or roasted veggies and it is always delicious. Amazing how many ask me what I used when I am serving friends or family. I would definitely recommend and have purchased this garlic oil regularly for several years.

I have problems digesting garlic, gives me bloat and stomach ache. This is frustrating to my husband who is Mexican and loves cooking Mexican food which has a lot of garlic. While this doesn’t completely fix His problem (he thinks you can never have enough garlic, lol)… using this allows the flavor of garlic to the food in a way that doesn’t give me a stomach ache. Appears to be Low-FODMAP friendly. Kitchen staple for me and my family.

We received a bottle of this as a Christmas gift one year. Now we wonder how we managed so long without it. This is great for adding flavor and nutrition to almost anything. I add it to spaghetti, spinach, cauliflower, and ground turkey. I dip sourdough and French bread in it. I use it instead of butter. If you love garlic and you’re not using this, you don’t know what you’re missing! The double bottle box is well packed and a great value.

This is pretty much the ONLY olive oil I use. I love garlic & its subtle taste in the olive oil is a great addition when sauteing veggies up. And it’s also great to use for a dipping oil. I like to add some dried herbs to the oil to give it a bit more flavor.

8/21/17 I am REVISING my review. This oil is pretty good if used at room temperature. I was putting it in food I was cooking, wanting a garlic flavor, as I am low FODMAP. Very barely noticeable. Very nice cooking oil for low to medium heat. But too pricy if it does not deliver on the promise of garlic! I tried it on sauteed eggplant and peppers as well as adding some to salad dressing and in a pesto. JUst not much flavor. I am going to have to learn to get along without them while my gut heals. This is the second infused oil I ahve treid that really doesn’t have any flavor that was promised. Since my first review I have put some in a spray bottle and spray it on whatever I want a garlic flavor, and this works, though quite mild. If used almost alone: dipping bread, it is more pronounced. But I don’t use it that way. Nice in my garlic mashed potatoes if I add it while mashing. Nice in pesto. So there is a learning curve. but I do not recommend this if you are going to use this for the garlic in a cooked recipe–will completely disappear in that usage. Although it is a very nice oil in and of itself.
