    I have been using mine for a couple of years. Forget about changing bits as this easily interchanges from pilot drill with countersink to Phillips head in a couple of seconds. Everybody should have one. Just bought one for my daughter.

    Very handy when putting screws in and you dont want any splitting. Just drill, flip, then drive.
