It worked AWESOME! It is one of the best time savers that I have bought in a very long time!
We had an outdoor project where we were going to have to screw in about 50 J-hooks and I saw this and figured if it didn’t work, I wasn’t out much money (about the cost of two coffees).
I used it with my battery-operated drill and it was simple to use. I know it saved us at least 2 hours on the project.

Worked as advertised making eyelet and screw hook installation a breeze. – within the thickness parameters of the tool gap fit. Good tool to have.

If you’re here looking for a bit to screw in C Hooks you’re in luck. This bit will surely fit the bill if you want to screw C Hooks into wall anchors or wood. If you’re looking for something to use for drilling into concrete or brick you might want to look elsewhere. You have to make sure your drill is at a low speed to ensure that the hook doesn’t slip out of the bit so I would not use it for high torque applications. I included pics of the bit with a 3/8″(10mm) C Hook in it to give you an idea of how they fit into this bit. I recommend buying this bit if you want a quality product that works for light applications.
