This is a great kit! I have been using it almost daily. Very good quality, the bar itself and all of the clip attachments are metal so they are sturdy. Easy for beginners, endless possibility with different workouts. Love the poster with examples to get you started! Got it on sale but would have been worth it at full price too. Came with personal touches from the company itself (shown in picture). The straps and handles all have extra foam protection so they are comfortable. Came in a sturdy box that I still store it in but also with a bag which can easily be transported. Have already recommended to others! Get it!

I ordered this pilates kit from Amazon directly. The kit arrived missing a few core pieces. I sent it back. I was contacted by the vendor and it was replaced free of charge. I am so glad he did. My social media algorithms convinced me to try the Pilates Bar out. I’ve only had it for a few days but I can really feel that it’s working muscles; it’s not an easy workout and I like that one small piece of equipment can affect so many areas. With that being said, however, I find that the resistance bands are not long enough. I’m about 5’6” and can BARELY stand up with the bar across my shoulders. The videos I’ve seen of other Pilate bars show people easily standing. I haven’t been able to do some of the exercises that the included chart describes. I’m afraid that the bands will snap and I’ll end up with a black eye or a lost tooth.

I’ve been working on my health & adding new workouts. When I saw this kit at a very affordable price, I decided to purchase. This is a great kit! Great quality product. Very affordable and comes with everything you’ll need for many full body workouts. Excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend this product.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.

I have been doing body weight exercise for years. This bar is an easy way to make a variety of exercises more challenging and take it to the next level by adding weight. It’s sturdy,comfortably built and easy to tuck away when not in use. I like that you can change the length of stretch and talor it to the movement your doing.

My only wish, is that they would offer a beginner level set. Which is the reason for the one star reduction.
I find the current weights to be too much for a beginner, a senior, or someone in recovery mode who needs to start at the most basic level. This set would be perfect with a 1, 3, and 5 lb band for that level. But for others already fit, this is a really nice set for the price!!
It’s a perfect gift with the nice packaging and cute pink color! I’d gift again, just with the above information in mind.
