I really like how it exercises my core. i get a very nice ab workout on this device. I set a timer for five minutes and perform a variety of different non-stop movements, and I’ve gotten an excellent core workout.
My only issue is that this is fairly cheaply made and the slide is not as smooth as it could be. I would like this company to produce a better quality machine, possibly made of aluminum, with better padding on the arm rests. That would bring this machine to a solid five star rating. I know that most people are looking for cheap, but there’s plenty that are willing to pay for quality.

Easy to use and put away. Not as much tension as expected, but works great

Easy setup, light and portable. Only downside is it tends to get stuck at the middle where it folds in half for transport
