Poor Quality: The wood is flimsy and the frame feels unstable. The springs are weak and the carriage moves erratically.
Difficult Assembly: The instructions were unclear and the assembly process was incredibly frustrating.
Safety Concerns: The reformer feels unsafe to use. The frame wobbles during basic exercises, and I’m constantly worried about it collapsing.
It’s poorly made, difficult to use, and potentially dangerous.

Highly recommend this Pilates machine because it has 6 springs, 2 rows for tension. This option gives me this best work out for legs and arms. Plus comes with the box and two boards for various workouts. Easy to assemble and folds up to save space.

I was so happy today when I received my reformer!! I am unpacked every piece and laid them all out and got ready to put it together and realize that the frame was cracked. It’s no use to anybody as it is and now I have to pack it all up and somehow bring it somewhere where I can return it. It’s very heavy. This will take me some time to find help to do this and is very frustrating.

It arrived in 2 boxes via FedEx. Took about 3 hours to put together. The Amazon video doesn’t really match the instructions in the box. The reformer is sturdy but there are some parts with minor dents and scratches. Not enough to go through the hassle of returning. One frustrating issue was one of the holes for the screws was not drilled all the way through, so I had use the screw to “drill” it through, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to complete the installation and that would have been a major hassle to return after spending 2 hours getting that far. Once everything was done, I tried it out and the carriage moved smoothly, no bumpy movements. Definitely not the quality of an expensive reformer in a studio, but pretty good and comfortable for the price point. I will try to post an update in 3 months on the durability.

This at home reformer has surpassed my expectations. If you’re looking to save money and aren’t ready to take the plunge on the big brands, but want an up-leveled experience from Aero, this is the reformer for you. It looks nice, like a standard studio reformer and comes with a box and jumpboard. The construction was a little chaotic, some of the directions weren’t quite accurate or left some info to your imagination, but all-in-all it wasn’t terrible! I’m a 37yo female, and built it myself in one afternoon after a little trial and error. I’ve used the machine once thus far and it performed as expected, without much hassle or spring noise. I think it’ll take a little getting used to the spring tension and how it correlates to the brands I’ve used in the past and to decide on strap length and height. I am super pleased with this purchase!

Arrived pretty fast and the packaging was ok, some damages but didn’t get to the reformer it self. I’d say the packaging could be better as one part was coming out of the box but this was inside one of the major boxes. Parts seem to all be there but instructions were a bit off as one part was miss labeled on instructions and then not included in the parts list, so eventually we figured it out. No instructions for a black strap which we can’t figure out what it’s for. We had 2 parts left over but everything is in as per the instructions and reformer is running smoothly. Took us about under an hour to put it together. It’s pretty heavy to fold and store away but not too heavy and moves slowly away, rolled it out ok. The size seems good and it’s lower in height but taller wouldn’t be able to fold away. Leather quality is ok. Overall I think it good and I got what it’s worth for the price. Don’t regret the purchase because I’m a beginner and the investment seems to be just enough while I work myself into making the workout a routine. If something goes south I didn’t pay over 1k.

I spent a large amount of money monthly at the Pilates Club. This reformer is smooth, easy to put together, and is well worth the money. In the long run the savings will be well worth it. I was attending Pilates classes 5 times a week so this reformer will pay for it self within a couple of weeks.
The tension is right and it is comfortable. I am 5’7” and I was worried about the length. It is long enough and can be adjusted for your height. At the Pilates Club I would have to gear out on reformer.
It is also well built and done not wobble. It does what it is supposed to to do.
It does fold up but it is very hard to move around, as it is heavy. I am 5’7” and 135 pounds, I lift weights and workout daily. I needed the help of my husband to put top piece on. I also built it in my living room which was a mistake, as it is not made to be moved around. It took the two of use to get it into the workout room. I would recommend having a place for it in which it does not need to be moved. I will not be folding it up daily unless I need to move it to clean under it.

This reformer exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous to purchase as I’ve used all the big names in Pilates in the past. The quality of the straps, foam and vinyl is not as good as something 4x the price, but honestly I didn’t expect them to be. Super pleased with this purchase!!! Carriage glides so smooth and quietly. Would purchase again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making an affordable option for people that want to do reformer Pilates at home.
