It tastes good and it has electrolytes and vitamins I need electrolytes. I’m always down on electrolytes so I switch to propel watermelon and peach flavor. Both flavors are unavailable to get it the Walmart stores. I love Amazon‘s delivery. They’re fast and reasonable.
