These cups have great suction but the glass is extremely thin. One cup shattered almost as soon as I got them. A carrying case would be nice.

I wish I had known sooner how amazing these are- it beats manually massaging my face- be careful not to keep on too long or to have the suction too much- or you’ll get a hicky lol – but wow! Amazing results

Love these and will order again as needed. I was disappointed that one of them arrived with the glass portion busted and the only resolve was to mail the whole set back instead of replacing the individual one that was broken.

The fragile glass is so thin on these, there is no way they are going to be remotely useful. I tried to use one, and the suction didn’t even seal the first time, so it fell right to the floor and smashed into a hundred tiny fragments. I would have returned them if it wasn’t beyond the return window. Horrible experience. No way they should even be used for therapy or medical use.

Used w oil and worked so well on my face, neck, and arms (texters cramp) The squeeze ball makes it so easy to produce heavy suction. Used the smallest one (5 different sizes) for them as it’s best for areas of the body I wanted to target-areas with plenty of curve. Larger ones are great for large and flat areas. I was even able to use on another person and rid them of a headache. You need not be a pro to gain great benefit from these cups. I definitely recommend them-especially if you suffer from chronic pain and/or repetitive motion.

Easy to use, good suction, good range of sizes to use on face and body and I like that they are glass.
Just need to be careful not to drop as glass can break.
The bulbs are a little rough around the edges at the seam and one of mine looked a little dirty – maybe used before I got it? One star subtracted for this, but really the suction is the most important thing if one has strong enough hands to compress the bulb.
Should be able to use for static, dynamic, and flash cupping although I have used only for static so far.
Still trying to figure out a good way to store the set, but at least they come wrapped in bubble wrap so could feasibly store in the original box or a bag to save space.
