Suddenly the pipe connection is not standard ½ and adapter is not included, you have to buy it separately. An в this is not mentioned in description! Another days waist why waiting for adaptyers.

All the positive reviews are spot on. This is a really nice kitchen faucet and it works so well. It’s stylish and so well thought out in its designed, thus making it a breeze to install. We bought it to replace a similar looking Delta faucet we’ve had about 17yrs now. The old faucet worked just fine, but was tarnished some with age and needed to be completely removed before being able to thoroughly clean the porcelain sink around and under the base cover plate. My wife and I thought that would be a lot of work for a faucet that old. We were proven right.
As for my our new WEWE faucet, it has several obvious, at least to me, improvements over the design of that old faucet. The base cover plate, if needed, doesn’t require two hold down nuts securing the base plate and uses a foam fitted cushion on its underside that allows the base to compress and conform tightly to the sink when the large plastic securing nut is installed. All this is accomplished without the use of anything other than your hand I might add. What’s the advantage of this base cover design? For one, it makes for two less nuts to install or remove. Those two nuts on the old faucet were very hard for me to reach. If you do need to use the base cover as we did, you’ll feel pretty confident that over time water won’t be working its way under the cover. When we removed the old faucet base, we found the under side had mold along with a calcium build-up that had developed over its many years of use. Removal of the old faucet was not easy either. In addition to difficulties reaching & removing those two nuts securing the base, removal of the metal weight that was used to pull the faucet nozzle back up was a real pain. It was designed much like a donut with a center hole. The water feed tube going to the nozzle had to pass through this hole. That was accomplished by using a 2-piece feed tube that plugged together after passing the tube through the hole of the weight. To guarantee the tube didn’t pull apart over time a clip-on plastic piece was added keeping together this 2-piece tube. That connection never failed, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t separate the tubes to remove the metal weight after taking off the plastic clip. Bottom line, in order to remove the old faucet I was forced to reach way up to cut the non-metal braided side of the feed tube so I could get the weight off. This was the only way the water lines would ever pass thru the mounting hole of the sink before allowing me to remove the old faucet which, I might add, was now trash. Instead, this WEWE faucet uses a plastic covered weight that is hinged and locks around the feed tube. This weight won’t be banging metal to metal again the copper water pipes like the old weight did until I added a soft cushion in between. This weight was soooo easy to install and I’ve already tested, it’s so easy to take off if needed, therefore, there’s no need to destroy the feed tube like I had to with the old faucet. Great improvement in design. Bottom line, I think anyone who buys this faucet will be happy they did. In addition to it’s nice looks and smooth operation, it’s super easy to install and backed by a 5 year warranty. Now it’s time for me end this review and register my new faucet!

I am a 72 year old woman and I took out the old faucet and put in this new one in less than a half hour. I did watch a Home Depot video on how to remove an old kitchen faucet and I had the instructions from the old faucet which helped. But it easy peasy. Great instructions. The hot and cold connections are marked and no tools were needed to secure the faucet under the countertop. The only tool needed was a wrench to disconnect and then reconnect the hot and cold water connections. The price was great, it is very stylish and I love the spray.

Die Verschraubung an den flexiblen Schläuchen passt nicht auf die in Deutschland üblichen Eckventile.
In der Packung der Armatur ist ein Hinweis (Foto 1) auf einen Adapter WEWE B08VRPYWLM. Diese Typbezeichnung führt in der Amazon-Suche zu einem Adapter “weiblich auf männlich, 3/8 auf 1/2”, siehe Foto 2. Da der Adapter brauchbar aussah, aber lange Lieferzeit hatte, habe ich einen Adapter mit identischer Bezeichnung bei einem deutschen Baumarkt-Versand bestellt. Auf diesen passt die Verschraubung an den flexiblen Schläuchen der Armatur jedoch nicht, die Überwurfmutter ist genauso zu klein wie beim Eckventil, siehe Foto 3. Auf dem Artikelfoto des WEWE-Adapters sind Abmessungen mit der Schieblehre dargestellt, überraschenderweise sind diese viel kleiner als diese Abmessungen beim deutschen Adapter mit derselben Bezeichnung, bedeutet “1/2” und “3/8” etwa etwas anderes in US als in DE???. Es kann also sein, dass die Armatur an diesem WEWE-Adapter befestigt werden kann – das würde aber nicht helfen, weil die andere Seite des WEWE-Adapters immer noch nicht auf deutsche Eckventile passt, wie man sieht, wenn man die Innenabmessung des Adapters (rechts unten im Adapter-Artikelfoto) vergleicht mit der Innenabmessung einer Überwurfmutter, die auf ein deutsches Eckventil passt.
Fazit: diese Armatur sollte in Deutschland (auf der deutschen Amazon-Seite) nicht angeboten werden. Oder wenn, dann nur zusammen mit wirklich passenden Adaptern.

Easy to install. Works great and as described. Looks and feels like a high quality faucet but at 50% the cost of comparable faucets. Plus a 5-year warranty. What’s not to like?

The WEWE was at a much lower price than brand names but with same key components as far as I could see. And then a hefty coupon discount on top!! Easy to install, nothing flimsy, no issues. I like that the top plate has a pad underneath to seal it against water. Of course one should update rating after a year of use. In the meantime I’m giving them a 5.

A friend recently asked me which kitchen faucet I’d recommend, and I didn’t even have to think twice! I told them about the one I bought a few years ago, and let me tell you—it’s been amazing. What I love most is the spray mode and the extra-long cable. It’s so practical and makes everyday tasks so much easier. Oh, and did I mention the quality? After almost five years, it’s still working like a charm. If you’re looking for a faucet that’s functional, durable, and stylish, I highly recommend this one for any kitchen!

Just installed the faucet. Easy installation and so far works well and looks very nice. Metal is sturdy and not thin. Gave 4 stars because so far it’s seems like a great item. Will hold off on 5 stars depending on durability and if customer service is as hassle free as advertised. So far, I would recommend this purchase.

There is a lot to like about this WEWE Kitchen faucet, starting with the installation. The installation was super easy with 3 connections to make. One connection to the hot water supply and one to the cold-water supply. The third connection was securing the faucet itself with the provided fasteners.
The faucet has a very nice look to it and changes the whole appearance of the kitchen’s sink and counter area. The WEWE faucet provides a strong water stream or spray when washing and rinsing dishes. A feature that I particularly like is the pause button on the spray head.
The only thing now is to wait and see how durable the WEWE faucet is going to be, but the look and feel tells me this should last quite a while.
If you are looking for a new faucet. I certainly recommend this faucet for pricing, appearance and quality.
