I have long been looking for a beauty device that takes care of both the face and the neck. Since purchasing this versatile beauty massager, my skin care experience has improved like never before. Its design is very user-friendly, it feels comfortable in your hand, and it is easy to operate. The first time I used it, I noticed that its massage head was very smooth, and it felt particularly good to touch the skin, not as irritating as some other devices. Whether it is the face or the neck, it fits the curve of the skin well, allowing every Angle to be taken care of. Every night, I get used to using it for a full treatment and feel that the skin becomes firmer and smoother after each massage. Not only does it help me relax after a long day, but it also gives me a sense of pleasure like after the SPA. I would get a shock if my hand touched the end of the machine where it’s plugged in to charge. Then about 2 weeks ago, it wouldn’t shut off. It just kept vibrating. I finally put it in my linen closet tucked between towels until it finally died. Company said they would replace it; now I hear nothing and item has not been replaced. I can’t even find the original communication with the company. I would not recommend buying as the company is as unreliable as their products are.

I ended up returning this product because I feel it did not work well with any moisturizers or serums I had. For the price it was not bad compared to others and it had a lot of light color options, but I feel it was almost too many. When holding it was easy to accidentally change to the next color since everything is pressed off the same button.

When opening this product the capto the unit was not clean of smudges and also plastic holder is broke . The charge cord was not wrapped in wire!! I think I was sent a returned used unit ! Also there is a scratch on it as you can see in last picture by the base of ring !!
