    These olive oil supplements perform well and are great quality! They are easy to swallow and have no weird smell or taste. I do seem to notice some relief in joint pain when taking these, but it could just be placebo.

    I dislike the size of the pill, but I have to say it does go down easily. Much easier for me than swallowing pure olive oil.

    I purchased this product as a means to add some olive oil to my keto diet plan. The second reason I purchased this product was to see if taking twice a day might help with constipation. I believe this product has both of these qualities. I have no side effects such as indigestion or aftertaste. I love that this is a smooth capsule and easy to swallow.
