This is an excellent olive oil to use with any dish. It’s a light olive oil and you can taste the quality versus cheaper versions of olive oil. Money well spent with this quality olive oil.

My family has used this for as long as I can remember. We make pickled mushrooms and always use this, one time we couldn’t get it , had to use something else, did not taste as good. Recommend this very highly, as part of salad dressing or to cook with.

Not 100% pure.
Put it in the fridge and it turns solid.
That won’t happen with pure olive oil.
I use a different olive oil for salads.
