I just love this stuff. Use it for everything. Great for dipping or cooking and the tin looks great on the counter.

Given that my wife is an Asaro (though not directly related to this Asaro family), we bought this just to try it. This olive oil is delicious!

Never had a problem pouring it.
Anytime I use it I put a shot glass up to it and pour directly into that, from there u can pour it where ever you want 👌👌

This is the closest I’ve found compared to the fresh olive oil I had while traveling in Europe. This is now my go to olive oil.

My sister and I went to an Italian restaurant at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs which is a very upscale hotel. As we were waiting on our meals I sampled the bread dipped in olive oil they brought to our table. I immediately made a comment to my sister about how fantastic the olive oil tasted and how it was probably the best I have ever tried. I then asked the waitress what kind it was and she said she will bring the jug out to show me, which she did and I took a photo. I have dined at many very nice Italian restaurants and have never been wowed enough to ask about the olive oil that comes with the bread.

I then found the exact same tin on Amazon and ordered it. I also taste tested it next to the Costco EVOO I already had, and though the Kirkland brand is not bad at all, it was like night and day! Tasted exactly as it did in the restaurant and it will be the only brand I buy from now on. My tin was not damaged on arrival, I guess I was one of the lucky ones there!

The best by date is Sept of 2026 and harvested in 23/24 so it is not old product. Another thing I didn’t know until I was looking for this oil and saw an article was that you want to store your olive oil in a tin in a dark room or cabinet. It is not convenient to pour from the tin so put some in a jar and keep that jar in a cabinet or under the sink as the sunlight will diminish the flavor and break it down over time. I believe a glass jar (I have one that sprays and pours) is fine as long as you don’t leave it out on the counter in the light. A stainless steel one would probably be better.

    Great taste! Love the tin!

This EVOO is really good and not too strong a flavor. Ideal on salads and general oil use. I believe this suits the American taste as it has a delicate fruity taste yet not overpowering. You will not be disappointed with this olive oil.

Love this olive oil. Yes it’s a bit expensive but price of olive oil went up and for this amount and quality was worth it. I only took a star away because once you open it, it doesn’t come with anything to assist putting it into a glass olive container and it made a mess and wasted some of the oil. Just wish cap was or could have came with something for easy pouring.

Spectacular extra virgin olive oil. Save this stuff for salads, bread dipping. When finished, the can makes a great sound target for my grandson’s Red Ryder carbine-action two-hundred-shot range model air rifle.

  10. Curlbud

This olive oil is so delicious, but it is not for the casual olive oil lover. It has a strong peppery taste and I use it sparingly for occasions when the olive oil needs to shine, such as on fresh salads or vegetables. Pricey but worth it, as you can taste the quality.

I go through one of these ginormous tins about every 3 months, and love this olive oil. People who say it’s bad, not real EVOO, or rancid honestly know nothing about good olive oil. I have tried so many olive oils, many of which I actually sought out and bought while traveling in Europe. I’ve even tried one that was a gift from the royal family of Jordan. I’ve had the best of the best. This isn’t that, but it’s really, really good, and the price is fairly reasonable. It’s the only EVOO that I use now. It’s smooth with a nice vegetal and peppery finish. Regarding dented cans – unless it’s actually leaking, you’re fine – it’s oil – no health concerns really. I’ve ordered many times, and have only received one can that wasn’t dented. It’s part of the charm.

Wonderful taste, great quality olive oil from Italy. I always look for Italian olive oil, which this is, 100%! It tastes great in salads and you just can’t find a healthier cooking oil. I also happened to find it on sale and got a great deal on my purchase.

Love the throwback happy container, too much money though for the amount of oil
