I’m definitely a beginner on this type of thing. The bar is pretty self explanatory on set up. Using it I was copying the pictures on the box or the instructions with silhouettes. Some of those I’m not quite getting and maybe a class would clear that up for me. I’m trying some videos and also making up my own moves. The bands do offer different amounts of resistance, but if the listed weights are correct I’m super strong. Fun to try out and good for flexibility exercise without anyone watching me struggle to learn the pose. I’m trying to make a home gym and this is a good addition.

This kit is pretty nice for the bar and accessories. The bar is pretty sturdy and could definitely hold more resistance than the bands included. It’s lightweight and easily portable. The clips and attachments are easy to use, and I really love the purple and pink. The bands are definitely not as heavily weighted as described, I haven’t found any resistance bands that really are though. I have to use all of them to really feel much, also because of the length I think they are only ascribed to the resistance once stretched pretty far. They do seem well made though and you can definitely get a workout in, but definitely more of a toning, and controlled movement enhancement than a really weighted exercise. Definitely good for beginners and those looking to workout at home without a bunch of equipment.

This kit has some strong points, but it’s not without flaws. The pilates bar is the standout feature—exceptionally sturdy and great for a range of exercises. I also appreciated the optional wheels, which add a lot of versatility to your workout routine.
That said, the rest of the kit doesn’t live up to the same standard. While it includes a lot of items, some of them feel a bit low-quality, like the thin and flimsy knee pad. A yoga mat is a much better option if you want real protection for your knees. The included exercise sheet is also quite small and lacks enough detail to really guide you, so you’re left figuring things out on your own.
The bands are durable, and they perform well during workouts, but overall, the kit feels overpriced for what you get. It’s clear that the pilates bar is where most of the value lies, as the other components don’t quite measure up. A decent kit for beginners or casual use, but not the best value out there.

Has everything you need for a full workout love all the bands and options. Resistances are really good for what I use. It’s easy to use is easily explainable and they seem to be well built.

I found the bar unsatisfactory for doing squats. It wasn’t wide enough to keep the bands from rubbing on me.
The bands are easy to clip on and off, and the handles, footholds are… adequate. Not great, not terrible. The knee pad is garbage.
It’s a good way to start with resistance band exercises, but if you keep at it, you’ll want to by better handles and accessories. These are functional, but there are definitely better ones out there once you know it’s worth spending money one.
