I’m a Reformer Pilates Instructor and wanted to have a reformer at home. I had really high hopes for this one.
For the most part, I do love it, but the ropes get caught in the track every time I press back. EVERY. TIME. It drives me crazy. So in order to use the reformer at all, I have to throw the straps off to the side of the reformer. Which then means I have to get up off the reformer any time I need to use the straps.
I’ve tried googling it, I’ve loosened the ropes, tightened them, re-tied them. Nothing helps.
Other than this issue, it is a beautiful reformer. The build is stunning, but the rope issue makes it a nightmare to actually use…

This is a great and sturdy reformer but it came without instructions and was filthy and banged up. There was no protection on the pieces inside of the crate so the wood on one side is damaged and there are scuff marks on the white leather and a rust stain on the foot bar. Pretty disappointed after seeing other customers get theirs nicely packaged and along with a manual. I’m having to build this based off of pictures.

The picture doesn’t make it justice but it is very sturdy. Very we’ll build and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Head rest goes up and down, it was kind of hard to get out as one person but building it was very very easy took me max 10 minutes to put pieces together. Once out very easy to move and fold again. I was kind of scared at first but it is very sturdy. I love the colors. Overall 10/10
