The box gave off a nauseous smell for weeks. Also, it cannot stand up on its side when I put it on the ground. Other than that, it does what it needs to do.

I have been using this box for a few weeks and it works great on my AeroPilates reformer. The fabric is so soft and comfortable! It seems like a great quality for the price point.

I had to replace a long box for my Stott reformer and decided to try this model, being it’s a couple hundred dollars cheaper than Stott’s box. It exceeds my expectations—fits my reformer beautifully, sturdy solid wood construction, and comfortable. The box is covered in really soft upholstery—more like fabric, rather than sticky vinyl, as Stott’s and other professional brands are. It’s a bit more padded than the Stott box, so that could be an issue (for some wrists perhaps), but other than than that, I’m really pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Straps are not reinforced and already look like they’re tearing. Seams on corners are not strongly sewn. Interior wood is peeling. Do not recommend this as an equivalent to the balanced body original.
