As someone who cooks every day, I am always on the lookout for high-quality ingredients that will enhance the flavor and nutrition of my dishes. That’s why I was so excited to try the Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil – and I have to say that I am extremely happy with my purchase.
One of the things that I love most about this oil is its versatility. It has a neutral flavor that doesn’t overpower other ingredients, which makes it perfect for a wide range of dishes. It is also heat stable, so I can use it for high-heat cooking methods like stir-frying and sautéing without worrying about it breaking down or creating harmful byproducts.
In addition to its versatility and heat stability, I also appreciate that the Pompeian Grapeseed Oil is made from high-quality, 100% pure grapeseed oil. It is free from additives and preservatives, which makes it a clean and healthy choice for my family. The oil is also sustainably sourced, which is an added bonus.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile, and clean cooking oil. Whether you’re a home cook or a professional chef, this oil is sure to become a staple in your kitchen.

I have gone from using “generic vegetabloil oil,. To using Graveseed,
Olive, and avocado oils for most every thing that I cook that requires oils, (if it calls for a more solid form I use butter or lard, not shortening or margarine! I’m over 80, grew up on a farm, and learned to cook at my grandmother’s knee!! She lived to be well over 80. Preservatives were salt,
Sugar, pressure canning, pickling, and freezing and dehydrating, root cellers were popular then too, and I can’t remember being under nourished until “processed foods” hit the market in the mid 50s, TV dinners, canned or boxed dinners!!! I’m over 80 and still “cooking” every day, fresh veggies, fresh meats, preservative free baked goods, etc., now on to the flavor of this oil, it’s a very light nutty flavor which lends to frying and sauces, and salad dressings, I use it in making some Pestos, particularly in almond and other nut based aioli type spreads !! However I don’t use it as a “replacement” for “olive oil” as that I use “first cold pressed virgin oil ” (and same brand!) I want to also tell you it has a good shelf life as long as it’s kept cool and dark, do not store oils kept “on the kitchen counter” in clear glass or plastic bottles light and heat “age” cooking oils(can you say “rancid” 🤮😵💫) I refill my “opaque and labeled” kitchen counter use bottles about every two weeks. I keep my supply larger (1/2 gallon) containers in a dark botton cabinet! This is “good stuff” 😇

This is a great cooking oil and this is a big bottle and so worth the price. It has a high smoke point so great for frying food. This is the only oil I use for cooking.

I’ve used grapeseed oil as a facial moisturizer for around ten years. I apply it two-three times, daily. It’s incredibly economical and does a great job of keeping my skin smooth and moisturized.

This grapeseed oil was good. The taste was nice and it was a quality product and affordable. It has a high smoke point and can be used in its unheated state for dressings or for deep and pan frying.
