These powders work really well for stimulation, better than coffee. Taste is not all that great and I’ve tried them all (lemon is most tolerable) so I often add a squirt of MIO/crystal light. Deducted one star for taste.

I have been using this for about a week and am blown away at the results. I’m always looking for alternatives to coffee as it typically doesn’t sit well with me, and this has been a game changer. Great taste, dissolves quick with water, and the energy is clean and long lasting. I’ve been loving these and look forward to trying more flavors. 10/10!

Has been a great addition to my gym routine. Just enough caffeine and no jitters. A great value as well for the amount you get. Love the lemon flavor!

I am not a coffee fan, but I’ve always envied those that are and can get that much needed boost in the mornings! So, when I heard about wake up water, I thought it may be just what was missing from my morning routine. However, for me, it really fell flat.
I’ll start with the positives. They are only 5 calories and.no sugar! That’s great, especially if you’re watching your weight. I also loved the convenient packages. I figured if I was running late or away on a work trip they would be easy enough to just throw in my bag. It’s all natural too, and you’re mixing it with a lot of water so it’s good for hydration.
Now, for the not so good. In my opinion it really fell
short on the taste. I had the lemon flavor. The best way I can describe it is that it tastes like what I’d imagine Lemon Pledge tastes like. There was a strong chemical taste topped off with a fake lemony flavor. Also, it was very, very sweet in an artificial sweetener way. It was just too much for me.
I really did not get any benefits from the natural
caffeine. I’ve tried it several times and I feel the same when I’m done drinking it. Based on the reviews I’ve read other people have found it to work well, but that wasn’t my experience.
So, in a nut shell, I’m not saying that Wake Up Water is a bad product, but it’s just not for me!

I was really upset when Stur stopped selling their caffeinated water flavoring, as it was the only one I was aware of that had all natural ingredients, no artificial sweeteners, no sugar, no sugar alcohol, and only stevia as a sweetener. I found two options, but the other only had 100mg of caffeine, and this one has 150mg. 100mg is equivalent of a tiny cup of coffee, and 150mg is closer to a regular cup of coffee. I also love the taste. I totally recommend, and my only complaint is it’s excessively expensive beyond what it likely takes to manufacture. That is why I deduct a star, because I feel like they’re likely overcharging because it’s healthy, and I find this a detestable tendency with American companies. People shouldn’t be upcharged because they want to eat and drink in ways that don’t reduce their life expectancy. Otherwise, I love this stuff!

1st of all I drink electrolyte drinks frequently so I’m use to the different tastes by now. For me, if it’s cold, it’s about how it makes me feel. My 1st drinking experience with this was unpleasant. Perhaps it’s the orange but it was spiky in my throat if that makes sense and it the aftertaste wasn’t great either. It felt foamy and frothy in my mouth even 3 min afterwards which is no bueno for me. So I tried it cold and it was perfect. Good flavor and I felt so improved

This do give me a an alternative to coffee for my morning fix. The caffine/energy aspect is good. I was however expecting to actually enjoy the flavor and it’s not particularly good and leaves a strange after taste.

Very tasty electrolyte blend. Doesn’t have the saltiness sometimes found in other electrolyte packets and the caffeine content is a huge plus! Nice to have on hand at work. I feel that the price is more affordable than some competitors. Looking forward to working them into my routine more regularly.
